Hey folks!

If there are any Support documents that you use regularly, can you please give me a link in comments? I want to review them to make sure they're up-to-date and still accurate.

Also, if there are any documents that we don't have that you wish we did, let me know.

I wondered recently whether we have an FAQ on "how to clear your cookies", and if not why not.

I'd guess that's because it's a browser issue, not a Dreamwidth issue. We don't have a FAQ on clearing a cache, either. Browser support can be very time-consuming, especially with how quickly browsers are having major releases. It's best left up to other sites to do, I think.

That being said, a quick search of the internet will usually turn up those types of how-to pages, and I've got no issue with pointing those sites out to a user who needs the directions.

Where can I leave suggestions for site improvements?

Can I have the username of an apparently-abandoned account?

ENTRIES: I want to delete multiple entries.

What if a community I belong to has been abandoned by its administrators?
