old support requests

dw_support_trainingI have tried to get someone on IRC to look at these a few times, but time zones being as they are, no-one was ever online...
Anyway, there are a few requests with answers that might be approvable that have been open for a week or longer. Can somebody please take a look at these and approve or say why they aren't approvable in a comment?
