To expand on what Kat said, preferred procedure is leave them alone. If you want to do a bit of investigation, you can look up what the new feed source should be if the user didn't provide it; you could also do a pre-emptive check to see if the new source already exists (sometimes it does, if another unrelated user already added it). In that case what you want to do is let the user know that the source they want is already a different feed.
We prefer if you don't create the new one, since it is possible for MrsJ to edit a feed URL or name, but it's not possible to merge two feeds which really should be one (there is a bug for it, though).
