Actually I think what you need is someone who uses apple mail rather, than safari itself.

I can try duplicating in about 24 hours with my work computer if no one's able to have a go any time sooner.

We're on Safari right at the moment. Will test and get back to you.

Actually, I see that the request's already been answered. However, I too have this problem every time I try to post a reply from Apple mail.
