Tags for support requests

Hey everybody!

We've had a few reports of botched icon imports that A) look like a pattern and B) need some dev-y investigation. So I'm adding the tag [FII] - Failed Icon Import. Please tag requests which A) users report that some/all icons did not import, and B) when checking their /icons page, the missing icons have their username followed by "(Default)" in place of the missing image.
