Morning (afternoon?) all. I'm subscribed to receive various types of support requests via email. It's happened a couple of times now that I'll click the link in the email to go to the request and be taken to a page that tells me
Error
You don't have the necessary privileges to view this request.

And I wondered if that in itself is a bug, i.e. should I be receiving the email in the first place? The most recent example is #844, if that's useful in any way.

(And in attempting to post this entry, I had to do the leave community/join community rigmarole that I learned from reading the answers to other people's support requests. Yay for support volunteers \o/.)

When looking at support requests, if I find something that needs to be handled by someone with more rights, is there any way for me to "kick it upstairs" to bring it to the attention of the right people, or should I just ignore those requests and go on to the ones I can answer myself? For example: name change requests, fresh bug reports, etc.

I've looked at past entries in this community and a few other places, and couldn't find this information. If it's there somewhere, I'd appreciate a link to the page so I can bookmark it!
