Renaming feeds

What is the general procedure on the support requests that involve renaming or wrongly sourced feeds? A couple of requests have come up and I didn't know whether to leave it alone and let a higher-up with privs move it or if I should just create a new feed with the correct name/source and pop it up there for them.


Any answers at all would be greatly welcomed.
