I've tested both the beta entry form and the default form and have had no issues posting. My add-ons are LJJuggler, Adblock Plus, Too Many Tabs and SexyUndo Closed Tabs. (There might be others, but those are the ones I can see right now. *g*)

I'm running Chrome on Win 7 Pro SP1, beta posting page. Only plug-ins are Ad-Block Plus and Amazon Add to cart. No issues here either.

My info line (oh gods, I've forgotten what this is called) is:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/38.0.2125.101 Safari/537.36

At a glance, none of them are using the current version of Chrome.

Pretty sure posting doesn't use SSL by default, but perhaps worth testing with HTTPS Everywhere? It's a common enough addon that it could be a common factor amongst the reporters.
